Test battery

Executive personality questionnaire:
This test was specifically developed for business use. It is a competency-based psychological evaluating tool which can be used for several purposes such as executive employee selection, promotion decisions, employee development. This test allows us to evaluate certain personality traits that are connected to those skills and competencies that might be essential for effective performance in key positions.

Sales questionnaire:
It is a sales aptitude test; a psychological evaluating tool that supports the selection and development of sales personnel.

General personality questionnaire:
This is an employee test, examines 18 personality traits of a candidate. It is applicable for any positions, provides a general overview of the applicant's personality. The aspects on which the overview is based: dominance or subservience, cooperation skills, efficiency and emotional background.

Ability inventories:
Our ability tests examine skills and abilities essential in the business world such as: way of thinking, analysis and interpretation skills, mathematical skills, attention skills, monotony-tolerance, exactitude, etc.

Call Centre questionnaire:
This test examines those skill and abilities that are necessary for call centre associates in order to be able to work efficiently.

Work-sample test:
With this testing the employer is provided with important additional information about the candidate. Using this objective method, we can assess the individual's ability to learn the required skills and perform the tasks associated with a particular job.
