World Cafe is a group method for creating a living network of collaborative dialogue between a group of people in a pleasant and informal setting. It is able to evoke and make visible the collective intelligence of any group, thus increasing people’s capacity for effective action in pursuit of common aims.

As a result

• The group will focus on questions that matter to the real life situations of the organization and their jobs.
• Thoughts, ideas and opinions will be expressed freely and the capacity for thinking together will grow.
