Assessment Centre

Assessment Centre (AC): This tool, which simulates real situations in the workplace, is used to identify individuals who have the abilities and skills to succeed in managerial and executive jobs and to help guide the development of employees.

Assessors can observe several examinees at the same time, and gather information on many aspects of their performance.

The exercises involve individual tasks as well as group scenarios such as: role-playing exercise, tests, presentation exercise, group problem solving exercise, interviewing, etc.
